Responsibilities

Senior Full Stack Developer React, .NET & AWS

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in React, TypeScript, .NET Core/C#, and AWS to build and enhance customer-facing web applications.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of features across the React frontend, .NET backend services, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layer, with applications deployed as containerized workloads on AWS and integrated using event-driven architecture.

You will work as part of a small, delivery-focused Agile POD alongside Product, QA, and Engineering teams, taking ownership from technical design through deployment and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable React-based web applications.
• Build robust backend services and REST APIs using .NET Core/C#.
• Design and maintain Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) or API composition layers.
• Develop event-driven integrations using AWS services such as SQS and EventBridge.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and AWS ECS.
• Implement secure APIs using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and least-privilege access principles.
• Design and optimize relational databases using SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Develop efficient queries and work with Entity Framework Core or similar ORM frameworks.
• Work with AWS IAM, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, and CloudWatch.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Git/PR-based development workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent using structured, plan-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver features end to end.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to effective sprint planning and delivery.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues when required.
• Communicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.
• Good knowledge of React Hooks, component composition, and state management.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).

Backend

• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#.
• Experience with Web API, Dependency Injection, asynchronous programming, and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with BFF architecture or API gateway/composition patterns.

AWS & Cloud

• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS, SQS, and EventBridge.
• Working knowledge of IAM, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with containerized workloads and Docker.

Database

• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with schema design, query optimization, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework Core.

Security & DevOps

• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, token management, and API security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency with Git and pull-request-based development workflows.

AI-Assisted Development

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.
• Experience with structured, specification/plan-driven AI-assisted development workflows.

Experience & Qualifications

• 710 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior/Lead Developer role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
