Job summary

Taboola is seeking an L1 Senior Support Engineer for the Frontline Advertiser Support team in Gurugram. You will be the primary contact for advertisers, delivering timely and customer-centric solutions through chat, email, and video. The role requires adapting to new technologies and maintaining performance standards across channels.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, monitor workloads, and coordinate resolution as shift lead while contributing to knowledge base updates for the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a technical ad tech support or client-facing role.
• Solid understanding of system logs, APIs and basic SQL.
• Experience in the Ad Tech industry and familiarity with campaign performance and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Taboola's advertisers via chat, email, and video.
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues and escalate when needed.
• Monitor workload distribution and manage incoming cases effectively.
• Coordinate resolution efforts as the shift lead and update knowledge base.

As a L1 Senior Support Engineer on the Frontline Advertiser Support team in our Gurgram Office, youll play a vital role in delivering timely, effective, and customer-centric solutions. You will be the first point of contact for our advertisers, providing outstanding support through multiple channels including chat, email, and video conferencing. Being service-oriented and prioritising the client's needs is key, as is the willingness to continually learn and adapt to current technologies and methodologies. You will play a critical role in delivering timely, effective, and customer-centric solutions.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Technical Ad Tech Support or relevant client-facing technical role
• Solid understanding of system logs, APIs, and basic SQL
• Previous experience working in the Ad Tech industry
• Familiarity with campaign performance, tracking, targeting, and optimization concepts
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Knowledge of tracking mechanisms, third-party tags, UTM parameters, and conversion attribution

How youll make an impact:

• Act as the first point of contact for Taboolas clients, addressing their technical and support needs
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and elevate when needed
• Monitor workload distribution and ensure timely assignment of incoming cases
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the shift and coordinate resolution efforts
• Update and maintain internal knowledge base articles
