Taboola in Gurgaon, India, invites you to join as Frontline PS Technical Support Engineer on the Professional Services team. You’ll support clients via chat, email and video conference, ensuring timely, high‑quality responses and a strong customer focus.

You will need excellent English communication, a willingness to work 24/7 shifts, and hands-on experience in ad tech and technical support, including logs, APIs and SQL.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the Ad tech domain.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while providing highest level of customer experience.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Taboola’s clients.
• Timely response to incoming customer support inquiries via email, Live Chat and support ticketing system.
• Communicate urgent technical issues internally and externally.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escape issues internally as needed.
• Board management and timely Case Assignment.
• Ensure equal workload distribution to the team members.
• Be responsible for highlighting operational issues to the management and plan to mitigate them.
• Able to work in different shifts as part of 24/7 operation.
