Job summary

Taboola in India is seeking a Manager, Publisher (Pub) PS to lead a global team of Implementation Engineers from the Delhi/Gurgaon office. Responsibilities

• Manage the team’s global operation, overseeing implementation support across APAC, EMEA, and the US and ensuring effective distribution of tasks to maximize support for regional Enterprise Publisher Professional Services teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, advanced technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Implementation Engineers while building the team’s technical depth.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training initiatives that enable the team to support increasingly complex technical implementations.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, goal setting, feedback, and career development plans to build and retain a high-performing technical team.
• Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define strategic objectives, workflows, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements, tools, and efficient workflows while tracking performance, support quality, productivity, and strategic value delivered to global stakeholders.

As a Manager, Publisher (Pub) PS India on the Publisher Professional Services team in our Delhi/Gurgaon office, you’ll lead a global team of Implementation Engineers supporting publisher partners across APAC, EMEA, and the US. You’ll combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic operational management to grow your team’s capabilities, optimize global workflows, and deliver outstanding results for our clients. You’ll empower your team to take on increasingly complex technical implementations while driving operational excellence across the global support function.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, directly managing a technical team such as Implementation Engineers, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing technical talent, with a track record of growing a team’s capacity and technical skills from supporting low-complexity tasks to handling higher-complexity project support.
• Experience driving global support processes, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency across multi-regional stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and team growth, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Proven ability to manage technical operations across multiple regions and align teams on objectives, workflows, and service level agreements.

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with AI technologies and experience leveraging AI to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Experience supporting global Enterprise publisher teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
