• Conduct fire safety related training programs.
• Perform periodic lift evacuation and rescue drills.
• Attend pre‑fire planning studies and maintain updated knowledge of pre‑fire plans.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment post‑suppression, recording equipment left at incident sites.
• Prepare comprehensive incident reports.
• Maintain updated records of all site incidents.
• Keep current all checklists and records related to fire equipment maintenance and training.
• Ensure all fire and life safety systems operate effectively and efficiently.
• Establish criteria for determining the number and type of fire equipment needed in designated areas.
