SG Oasis in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial closing, compliance, and reporting for a retail brand. You will partner with senior leadership, manage a finance team, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulators to ensure accurate, timely information.

The role requires CA with 3–6 years post‑qualification experience, strong Ind AS knowledge, ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Tally), and excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• CA with 3–6 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounts.
• Experience in retail or FMCG preferred.

Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for driving financial control, compliance, and reporting for Retail brand, while acting as a key business partner to leadership. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team while working closely with senior management, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Financial Closing: Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis for management review
• Statutory Compliance: Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
• Audit Management: Oversee internal controls and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit observations
• Treasury & Cash Flow: Drive cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations
• Business Partnering: Support business teams with financial insights for pricing, cost control, and profitability improvement
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Books of Accounts: Ensure accurate books of accounts in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS)
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounts executives
• Fundraising & Banking: Support fundraising, banking relationships, and credit facility management as required
• Systems & Process Improvement: Assist in implementing and improving ERP/financial systems and processes
• Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, direct and indirect taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
• High degree of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
• 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Prior experience managing statutory compliance, audits, and MIS reporting in a corporate setup will be strongly preferred.

Working days :

6 days a week (however 2nd and 4th Saturday are off)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible 9 hours working day shifts)
