Job summary

Software Galaxy Systems (SGS Consulting) Indore seeks an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to oversee accounting entries, monthly audits and payroll processing in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Finance & Accounts, CA qualification, and strong MS Office and Tally ERP 9 expertise, with GST and transfer pricing exposure. BCom is mandatory; CA is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
• Sound knowledge of all aspects of Accounting and excellent communication skills.
• Computer savvy with MS Office skills and Tally ERP 9 Release 6 experience.
• GST Accounting experience & Transfer Pricing experience preferred.
• Candidates from service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting entries, monthly audits, bank reconciliation, etc.
• Handle salary processing, leave register, employee reimbursements, etc.
• Ensure ESIC, PF, PT, TDS on salaries and vendor payments and GST compliance.
• Ensure timely deposit of taxes and filing of returns.
• Prepare monthly sales invoices to the US company based on transfer pricing guidelines.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register monthly.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for monthly audits and year-end finalization.
• Liaise with banks and government authorities regarding licenses and refunds.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports: Operating Expenses, Capital Expenditures, Fund Requirements, Inventory.

Location - Indore

Shift Timing : 1 pm to 10 pm

Job description:

• Will be responsible for the oversight of all accounting entries, monthly audits, bank reconciliation, etc.
• Responsible for the calculation and processing of employees monthly salaries, employee leave register, employee reimbursement, etc.
• Also, responsible for the oversight of compliance with regards to ESIC, PF, PT, TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) on salaries and vendor payments, and GST on vendor payments.
• Ensure the timely deposit of taxes, timely filing of returns and compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly sales invoices to the US company based on transfer pricing guidelines.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register monthly.
• Co-ordinate with the Internal and Statutory Auditors for monthly internal audits and year end finalization of accounts.
• Liaise between banking institution(s) and relevant departments of the Government in relation to licenses, GST refunds etc.

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management:

• Operating Expenses
• Capital Expenditures
• Fund Requirements
• Inventory
