Job summary

Vasa Industries Safety in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting, invoices, ledgers, and payments. You will reconcile bank statements, handle accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate with vendors and customers.

The role requires 3–6 years in Accounts & Finance, with B.Com/M.Com/BBA in Finance, and offers competitive salary, PF/ESIC, paid leave, and opportunities for growth. Immediate joiner preferred; Sunday off.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or equivalent.
• Age: 30-45 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
• Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers and vendor/customer accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding outstanding payments and invoices.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Prepare MIS reports and other accounts-related reports as required.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and management when required.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
