FabConnect HR is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Controller to lead financial controllership, FP&A, cost management, and reporting for our Finance & Accounts team in Bengaluru. The role includes statutory compliance, governance, and driving automation initiatives.

The position emphasizes advanced Excel proficiency and ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Tally), with a focus on budgeting, forecasting and profitability analytics to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in finance, controllership or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, taxation, audit and statutory compliance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Tally or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial controllership, accounting and monthly/quarterly/annual closing.
• Review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
• Drive cost control, profitability and margin analysis.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling.
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and cash flow.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit and statutory compliance.
• Strengthen financial controls, SOPs and governance processes.
• Support management with financial insights, pricing, ROI and business decisions.
• Lead process improvement and finance automation initiatives.
• Coordinate and guide the finance team.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Controller to join the Finance & Accounts team and take ownership of financial controllership, cost management, FP&A, reporting, compliance, and business finance.

Salary: ₹55,000–₹60,000 per month (may vary based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial controllership, accounting and monthly/quarterly/annual closing
• Review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports

What We’re Looking For
