Job summary

Better Beans is seeking a Sr. Field Service Engineer to manage installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of factory machinery at our Sanand, Gujarat site.

The role focuses on performance optimization of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and hands-on field service across electrical, mechanical and control systems. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor fab environments, be comfortable with independent fieldwork visits, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of factory machinery in semiconductor fabs.
• Experience in performance optimization of factory equipment.
• Exposure to electrical, mechanical and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service factory machinery onsite.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Perform performance optimization and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct independent fieldwork visits as required.
