Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations professional to supervise inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, and team coordination in Lucknow. You will ensure timely order processing, maintain KPI-driven performance, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in warehouse operations or contract logistics, with hands-on experience in WMS/ERP systems and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Diploma/Certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in warehouse operations or contract logistics.
• Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely order processing and shipment execution as per customer requirements.
• Monitor operational workflows to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, operators, and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle operational escalations and support issue resolution.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
• Maintain dispatch records, inventory reports, and operational documentation.
• Track operational performance metrics and highlight improvement areas.

• Support manpower planning and shift execution.
• Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational processes.

Customer & SLA Management

• Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational KPIs.

• Maintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Process Compliance & Safety

• Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
