Job summary

Swiggy Instamart is hiring for a warehouse operations role focused on inbound, outbound, inventory management, and reverse logistics. You will audit stock, reduce shrink, and manage manpower while ensuring on-ground process discipline and efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse ops; familiarity with Google Sheets is essential, and experience with fresh/produce (F&V) is a plus. Day/Night shifts may be required, with an emphasis on teamwork and target delivery.
