Job summary

Swiggy is seeking a warehouse operations professional in India to handle inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, and reverse logistics. You will audit stock, reduce shrink, and manage manpower while driving on-ground efficiency and quality.

The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, planning reverse logistics, and applying FEFO/FIFO practices to ensure smooth material movement across operations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Having F&B experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowing how to use Google Sheets is a must.
• Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work.

• Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.
