Job summary

Swiggy is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional for its Instamart FnV unit in India. You will oversee inbound, outbound and inventory processes, drive quality and efficiency, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth material movement.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations and strong teamwork in a target-driven setting. Experience with FEFO/FIFO and reverse logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Having F&V experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowing how to use Google Sheets is a must.
• Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Warehouse process knowledge (Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics)
• Stock audit & reduce shrink
• Manpower management
• Driving process on ground ensuring quality & efficiency
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations
• Planning & managing reverse logistics
• Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.
• Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency
• FEFO & FIFO Management
• Coordination with the Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement

Qualifications

Preferred Candidate:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Having F&V experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowing how to use Google Sheets is a must.
• Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work
