You will work across studio and on-location productions, coordinating with talent and production teams, handling equipment, and supporting editors with organised footage. 3–5+ years of videography experience and proficiency with Premiere Pro/After Effects are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in videography/video production.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Good understanding of cinematography, composition, exposure, and lighting techniques.
• Ability to independently manage camera + lighting + audio on a shoot.
• Experience with studio and on-location productions.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage lighting for studio, outdoor, interview, product, and social media shoots.
• Handle audio recording, including wireless lavalier, shotgun microphones, and audio recorders.

• Operate equipment such as cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lights, softboxes, and microphones.
• Ensure consistent visual and audio quality throughout the shoot.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and make quick decisions on set.
• Coordinate with talent, presenters, creatives, and production teams.
• Manage equipment, batteries, memory cards, footage, and basic file organisation.
• Support the editing team by reviewing and organising footage after shoots.
