Geekyants is seeking a hands-on Video Producer to own the pipeline from concept to final delivery in Bengaluru. You will manage on-set production, lighting, sound, and then drive the creative vision through editing, color, and sound design, leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows.

As a one-person crew or small team lead, you’ll translate briefs into visuals, organize shoots, and deliver premium brand, product, and campaign content tailored for corporate and social channels with high quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on producer with end-to-end video experience.

• Strong post-production skills including editing, color, sound design and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Production: translate briefs into concepts, scripts, storyboards, shoot schedules and logistics.
• Production: direct on-site shoots as lead or small team, manage camera setups and lighting and field audio.
• Post-Production: own editing, color grading, sound design, and AI-assisted faster rough cuts and captioning.
• Review: manage feedback cycles and finalize masters for various channels.

About the RoleWe are seeking a hands‑on, execution‑driven Video Producer who can take full ownership of our video pipeline from concept to final delivery. This role is built for a true end‑to‑end creator who is equally comfortable running an on‑ground set and managing the post‑production process. You will be responsible for managing camera setups, lighting, and audio on set, and then driving the creative vision through editing, sound design, and motion graphics. Additionally, you will leverage modern AI tools to streamline production workflows, accelerate editing, and enhance visual and audio quality, producing high‑impact brand, product, and campaign content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Production: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate briefs into visual concepts. Work on scripts, storyboards, shoot schedules, shot lists, and manage all on‑ground logistics. Utilize AI‑driven brainstorming and storyboarding tools to mock up concepts rapidly.
• Production (On‑Ground Execution): Direct and execute on‑site shoots as a one‑person crew or small team leader. Handle the technical setup of cinema or mirrorless cameras, execute creative lighting designs, and ensure high‑quality field audio capture.
• Post-Production (Content Creation): Own the post‑production workflow. Review and organize raw footage, build the narrative arc through continuous cuts, design the audio landscape, and deliver a premium look through color correction and grading. Integrate AI‑assisted editing features to speed up rough cuts, object removal, transcription, and captioning.
• Review & Platform Delivery: Manage internal and stakeholder feedback cycles. Format, optimize, and archive final masters tailored specifically for target channels, ensuring the video hooks viewers on everything from corporate presentations to social media platforms.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Production Equipment: High proficiency with professional Cinema and Mirrorless camera setups (Sony, Canon), lens selection, studio/outdoor 3‑point lighting modifiers, and multi‑mic audio setups (Lavalier, Shotgun, and field recorders).
• Software Workflow: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite. You must have expert‑level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for narrative assembly and After Effects for creating clean motion graphics, titles, and transitions.
• AI Tool Integration: Proficiency in utilizing AI tools embedded within the Adobe ecosystem as well as external AI video, audio, and scriptwriting tools to optimize efficiency and production value. (Ex: Hera, Synthesia, HeyGenAI, etc)
