Job summary

Alembic Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Photographer / Videographer to conceptualize and execute high-quality visual content across photography and video, with a strong eye for storytelling. This role requires hands‑on production from brief to post‑production.

You will operate professional cameras and lighting, shoot corporate events and product content, and edit with Premiere Pro. A showreel is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in video-editing.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, framing and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras and associated equipment.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects and Photoshop is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with both photography and video editing, with a genuine interest in developing further in post-production.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating photography and videography work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for corporate, marketing, internal communication and digital content.
• Handle the complete shoot process from understanding the brief and planning the setup to shooting and post-production.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment confidently.
• Capture corporate events, employee stories, products, interviews, campaigns and other brand content.
• Work closely with creative marketing and communication teams to understand requirementsand translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Edit video content, including rough cuts, sequencing, basic colour correction, sound editing, transitions and motion graphics.
• Select, edit and retouch photographs for different communication platforms.
• Contribute to visual ideation, shot planning and storyboarding where required.
• Maintain and organize footage, photographs and project files systematically.
• Stay updated with evolving visual,photography,videography and editing trends.

• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating photography and videography work is preferred.
