Responsibilities

• Handle hotel bookings and coordinate with hotels for reservations and requirements.
• Design leisure travel packages for inbound and domestic clients.
• Coordinate with hoteliers, agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate with hotels and vendors to secure competitive rates and maximise profitability.
• Ensure timely query turnaround to agents as per agreed timelines.
• Manage the end-to-end operations of booking files, including coordination with clients and suppliers.
