Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive – Stores to oversee dispatch, invoicing, and store operations in compliance with cGMP. You will handle labeling, invoicing, E-Invoices, E-Waybills, GRNs, and material receipt and issuance for domestic and export activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy in stock records, QA documentation, and coordination with QC/QA, with responsibilities extending to safety and calibration compliance and daily MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical store/distribution operations.
• Knowledge of cGMP and QA documentation.
• Experience with inbound/outbound logistics and compliance.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and dispatch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch, invoicing, and store operations for domestic/export activities in compliance with cGMP.
• Prepare labels, sales invoices, E-Invoices/E-Waybills, GRNs, and quarantine labels.
• Maintain TrackWise/Ensur documentation and QMS records.
• Coordinate training, stock management, and audit preparedness.
