• Provide updates/solutions on escalations within 24 hours.
• Provide detailed feedback on open cases for investigation to internal customers on weekly basis.

Job Description

Prevents reputational losses & financial losses to company by internal/external entities indulging in fraudulent practices. Ensures optimum productivity through trigger-based intimation.

Handling escalations and updating internal customer on claims assigned for investigation.

Assist claims and legal team in identification & eradication of frauds.

Responsible for filing police complaints & leading evidence.

Updates referral triggers to maximize fraud eradication.

Reduces loss ratio by increasing success ratios.

Develops new techniques for investigation (forensic / biometric).

Implementation of strategic projects.

What you'll do:
