Job summary

Digigen Technology Delhi is seeking a Senior Executive – Retail Operations to coordinate day-to-day activities of the Retail Sales Team, manage expenses, DMS/order processing, and ensure smooth operational follow-ups.

The role requires 4–7 years' experience in Retail or Sales Operations, strong Excel and MIS reporting, and excellent cross‑functional coordination across Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, and CRM.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Operations or Sales preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in Retail Operations or Sales Operations.
• Strong experience in sales team expense management and order processing.
• Proficient in DMS/ERP systems and MS Excel for MIS reporting.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up across internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and verify expenses and reimbursements for the Retail Sales Team.
• Ensure submission, approval, and documentation of expenses.
• Manage DMS software and retail order processing from receipt to invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, CRM for order execution.
• Track orders, dispatches, billing, collections, and retail operations.
• Maintain retail MIS, expense and order status reports.
• Coordinate daily operational requirements with Retail Sales Team and resolve issues.
• Follow up on order discrepancies, stock availability, billing, and dispatch delays.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Retail Operationswho will be responsible for smooth day-to-day coordination and operational support for the Retail Sales Team. The role will primarily handle retail sales team expenses, DMS/order processing, sales coordination, and operational follow-upswith internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and verify expenses and reimbursements of the entire Retail Sales Team, including travel, local conveyance, food, and other approved business expenses.

Ensure timely submission, checking, approval coordination, and documentation of retail team expenses.

Manage DMS software and retail order processingfrom order receipt to dispatch/invoicing.

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, CRM, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.

Track pending orders, dispatches, billing, collections, and other retail operational requirements.

Maintain accurate retail sales MIS, expense reports, order status reports, and operational trackers.

Coordinate with the Retail Sales Team for daily operational requirements and resolve process-related issues.

Follow up with concerned teams for order discrepancies, stock availability, billing issues, credit/debit notes, and dispatch delays.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Operations, Sales or related field will be an advantage.

4–7 years of experiencein Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Order Management, or similar role.

Strong experience in sales team expense management and order processing.

Good working knowledge of DMS/ERP systems, MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills with multiple internal departments.

Should be organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing retail operations.

Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Lifestyle, Retail or Distribution businesswill be preferred.
