Parle Tableting Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Collections professional in India’s manufacturing sector. The role focuses on timely collections, credit control, and customer dispute resolution to maintain healthy cash flow.

The candidate should have 5–10 years in AR/Collections with a manufacturing background and be ready for immediate joining. CTC is around 8 LPA with scope for performance-linked improvements.

Competenze

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections (5–10 years).
• Candidate from Manufacturing background is preferred.
• Immediate joining available.
• Age range 25–35 years.

Mansioni

• Collection Management: Ensure timely collection of customer payments as per agreed credit terms.
• Ageing & Escalation: Monitor overdue outstanding and escalation cases exceeding 90 days.
• Ledger Reconciliation: Resolve customer ledger discrepancies, invoices, credit/debit notes and TDS issues.
• Suspense Payments: Track unidentified payments and coordinate for necessary clarification.
• Critical Account Handling: Manage high-value overdue accounts and develop recovery plans.
• Customer Visits: Visit customers for critical collection and recovery cases.
• MIS & Monitoring: Prepare and review collection MIS, ageing and overdue reports.
• Credit Control: Highlight high-risk customers and recommend credit limit or supply restrictions.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Commercial teams to resolve collection issues.
