Job summary

GladOwl Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Pune is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage pay-per-click campaigns for multiple client accounts. You will plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to meet client goals while collaborating with creative and content teams.

The role requires hands-on ad platform experience, strong data analysis, and meticulous reporting. You will maintain account hygiene, monitor performance metrics, and deliver regular performance

Qualifications

• Hands-on working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding, targeting, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Able to interpret performance data and explain what action should be taken next.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for pacing, analysis, and reporting.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and budgets with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Setup, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple client accounts
• Own daily budget pacing, bid strategy, audience targeting, keyword/search-term hygiene, and campaign optimisation
• Coordinate conversion tracking with Technology using GA4, GTM, Google Ads tags, and MetaPixel/CAPI requirements
• Work with Design and Content teams on creative briefs, ad-copy tests, and landing-page improvement opportunities
• Monitor core performance metrics including CPL/CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impression share, frequency, and lead quality
• Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance summaries with actions, not just platform exports
• Maintain account hygiene, naming conventions, change logs, and QA before campaign launches
