Job summary

GladOwl Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Paid Campaigns Specialist to drive multi-client Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from our Pune office. You will own strategy, setup, optimization and reporting across industries.

Collaborating with design and content teams, you’ll refine ad copy, tracking, and landing pages while maintaining account hygiene, budgets, and QA before launches. Strong analytics and Excel/Sheets skills are essential, and experience with GA4/GTM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding, targeting, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Able to interpret performance data and explain what action should be taken next.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for pacing, analysis, and reporting.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and budgets with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitorcore performance metrics including CPL/CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impression share,frequency, and lead quality
• Prepareclear weekly/monthly performance summaries with actions, not just platformexports
• Maintainaccount hygiene, naming conventions, change logs, and QA before campaignlaunches
