Job summary

Increff in India is seeking a driven warehouse operations professional to join our growing team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client's warehousing needs, plan and align 3PL operations, monitor day-to-day activities, and ensure SLA/SOP adherence.

You will maintain accurate records and drive customer satisfaction by meeting KRAs per contract. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of operations experience, strong English communication, a passion for operations, and a fast-learning

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in on-ground warehouse operations.
• Good written and spoken communication in English
• Someone who is passionate about operations and going the extra mile to achieve perfection
• A super fast learner, & person who gets things done

Responsibilities

• POC for the client's warehousing needs.
• Plan and align the 3PL warehouse operations as per the client's requirements
• Monitor day to day operations and ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed
• Ensure records are maintained accurately
• Drive customer satisfaction through meeting the KRAs as per the contract
• Communicate to the client about the progress and roadblocks if any

Responsible to be the POC for the client's warehousing needs.

Responsible to plan and align the 3PL warehouse operations as per the client's requirements
