Responsibilities

• Independently own and grow complex client engagements (large, global retailers/brands) end-to-end, coordinating multiple project teams.
• Build and sustain CXO-level relationships; surface new areas for Increff to add value; validate client-facing presentations.
• Guide/oversee accounts run by Consultants and Senior Consultants; handle escalations and complex change management.
• Mentor Consultants and Analysts across multiple projects; contribute to hiring and progression.
• Architect and oversee AI-assisted workflows across engagements; extend AI playbooks and governance.
• Champion AI-first methodologies; translate impact into ROI narratives for stakeholders.
• Generate market intelligence; contribute consultative reports and case studies.
• Take interview rounds; participate in hiring requirements and sourcing references.
• Support Business Development in pre-sales and cross-selling.
• Partner with Tech/Product on solutioning new features and resolving client escalations.

Role overview

• Senior, trusted advisor for large/global client engagements; bridges Senior Consultant and Principal scope.
• Architects AI-first workflows across a wider set of projects and begins shaping practice-level playbooks, market intelligence and hiring for the vertical.
  

Responsibilities

• Independently own and grow complex client engagements (large, global retailers/brands) end-to-end, coordinating multiple project teams.
  
• Build and sustain CXO-level relationships; proactively surface new areas for Increff to add value; validate client-facing presentations internally; push best-practice adoption.
  
• Guide/oversee accounts run by Consultants and Senior Consultants; step in on escalations, high-stakes conversations and complex change management.
  
• Mentor a growing group of Consultants, Senior Consultants and Business Analysts across multiple projects — highlighting strengths/gaps, guiding progression, carrying weight in their reviews.
  
• AI: Architect and oversee AI-assisted/agentic workflows spanning multiple engagements; extend the Senior Consultant level's AI playbooks, prompt-engineering standards and human-in-the-loop checkpoints across a wider team (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, n8n, Claude, etc.).
  
• AI: Champion AI-first methodologies and tool adoption within the practice; troubleshoot complex AI-generated logic/output issues escalated from Consultants/Senior Consultants; translate impact (cycle time, accuracy, automation coverage, escalation reduction) into ROI narratives for stakeholders.
  
• Generate market intelligence (industry developments, competitor products); begin contributing consultative reports/case studies for the industry.
  
• Take both interview rounds independently; start pre-empting hiring requirements, sourcing references, refreshing the question bank.
  
• Support Business Development in pre-sales, including cross-selling additional Increff products.
  
• Partner with Tech/Product on solutioning new features and resolving client escalations.
  

Requirements

• Strong domain expertise in buying/merchandising/planning; track record leading complex, global retail/lifestyle/e-commerce engagements.
  
• 6 to 9 years' experience in Retail, Lifestyle or E-commerce, including demonstrated people leadership.
  
• AI: Proven ability to architect AI-enabled workflows with governance (human-in-the-loop checkpoints, review standards, safe tool adoption) and translate impact into business outcomes (ROI, cycle time, accuracy, risk) for senior stakeholders.
  
• AI: AI-inclined aptitude with hands-on, demonstrated use of AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, n8n, Claude) in live client/internal workflows.
  
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and people management skills.
  
• High energy, assertive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
