Job summary

You will oversee complex AI initiatives, establish governance checkpoints, and translate AI impact into tangible business ROI while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise in buying, merchandising, and planning.
• 4+ years’ experience in retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Graduate degree from Tier-1 colleges.
• Experience architecting AI-enabled workflows with governance and translating AI impact to business ROI.

• Independently handle clients (worldwide retailers/brands) with support from project teams to drive client success.
