Job summary

Increff Bangalore is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to transform merchandising processes for fashion brands in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You will build repeatable AI workflows while managing onboarding, implementation, support, and solutioning for clients.

Responsibilities include implementing the merchandising platform, maintaining client touchpoints, and coordinating with product teams to resolve issues. A strong eye for numbers and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High energy, assertive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  
• Ability to design and run repeatable AI workflows (agentic or semi-agentic) with clear inputs/outputs and validation steps, and critically review AI-generated outputs (analysis, code, recommendations) for correctness and security before sharing.
