Job summary

Filtrec Bharat Manufacturing seeks an experienced project leader to drive New Product Development from concept to commercialization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, Marketing and Sales to meet customer specifications, while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD projects from concept to commercialization
• Facilitate regular project review meetings
• Prepare project status reports and documentation
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely completion
• Work with suppliers for new component development
• Work closely with CFT - R & D, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, Sales teams etc.
• Coordinate activities among CFT to achieve project milestones
• Co-ordinate with Team to achieve First time right as per Project plan
• Oversee product prototyping, testing, and validation Internal or 3rd parties
• Ensure product meet customer specifications and requirements
• Track post-launch performance and customer feedback
• Coordinate with production team for Sample run, pilot runs and up to Series production
• Ensure smooth transition from development to mass production
• Ensure any specific requirements from customer met
