* Floating RFQ to suppliers.
*Prepare supplier selection list based on internal Team guidance
*Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
*Identify manufacturing feasibility, critical dimensions and potential risks.
*Prepare the Part Development Plan and development timeline.
*Coordinate prototype and sample development.
*Ensure development milestones are completed as per customer schedule.
*Monitor tool manufacturing progress against the development schedule.
*Conduct Trial Run / Run at Rate activities.
*Drive NPD activities according to PPAP and APQP requirements.
