Job summary

• Conduct market research, identify emerging trends, customer requirements and monitor competitors' strategies.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRD), specifications, and business cases coordinating with suppliers, OEMs, design teams and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate product evaluation, testing, validation, and ensure products meet customer expectations and quality standards.
• Identify and manage vendors and OEM partners, negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring timely development and delivery.

Job description

1. Product Identification & Market Research

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify gaps in the product portfolio and recommend new product opportunities.
• Analyze market size, growth potential, and profitability of new product categories.

2. New Product Development

• Develop product concepts based on market requirements and business objectives.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRD), specifications, and business cases.
• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, design teams, and internal stakeholders during product development.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.

3. Product Evaluation & Testing

• Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of new products.
• Arrange sample procurement and testing.
• Coordinate product validation with quality, engineering, and sales teams.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations and quality standards.

4. Vendor & OEM Management

• Identify and evaluate new domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage relationships with OEM partners and technology providers.
• Negotiate pricing, product specifications, and commercial terms.
• Ensure timely product development and delivery schedules.

5. Product Launch Management

• Plan and execute product launch activities.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for product positioning and promotional materials.
• Develop product presentations, brochures, training materials, and sales tools.
• Conduct product training sessions for sales and channel partners.

6. Regulatory & Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications.
• Coordinate testing and certification requirements.
• Maintain product documentation and technical records.

7. Project Management

• Track project milestones and timelines.
• Ensure timely completion of development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve launch objectives.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management.
