JobItUs in Mumbai is seeking a Maintenance Senior Executive to ensure clinics and facilities are well maintained, safe, and operational. You will oversee day-to-day tasks and coordinate with vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.

The role involves frequent travel across locations, strong vendor management, and the ability to handle multiple sites. Graduate with 5 years of facility/maintenance experience is required; hospital/clinic/retail exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in relevant stream.
• Minimum 5 years in facility/maintenance management.
• Experience in clinics, hospitals, or retail setups preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and civil work.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of clinics and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure timely repair/maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for service work.
• Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and AMC docs.
• Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene and operational standards.
• Handle breakdowns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist in procurement of maintenance materials and spare parts.
• Support new clinic setups and renovations per company standards.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Collaborate with Facility Manager for cost optimization and service delivery.

Job Summary
The Maintenance Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all clinics and facilities are well maintained, safe, and operational. The role includes managing day-to-day maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of clinics, offices, and other facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and otherinfrastructure systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and service work.
• Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and AMC documentation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Handle breakdown complaints from clinics and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist in procurement of maintenance materials and spare parts.
• Support new clinic setup and renovation activities as per company standards.
• Ensure periodic preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Work closely with the Property / Facility Manager for cost optimization and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate from relevant stream
• Experience: 5 years of experience in facility or maintenance management (preferably in hospitals, clinics, or retail setups).

Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil work.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple locations and priorities.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

The role will require frequent travel across work locations.

Working Days– Monday to Saturday (2 sat off)
