The Maintenance Executive will support preventive maintenance, building maintenance, facility repair coordination, vendor follow-up, and daily infrastructure support at Krsnaa Diagnostics across Mumbai, Nashik, and Pune locations. This is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance activities for diagnostic centers and office facilities.
• Assist in building maintenance, electrical checks, plumbing coordination, and repair follow-up.
• Track maintenance complaints, service requests, and pending facility issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, center staff, and operations teams.
• Maintain maintenance registers, service records, repair reports, and follow-up trackers.
• Report equipment faults, facility damage, safety issues, or urgent breakdowns to seniors.
• Support cleaning, facility readiness, and basic infrastructure upkeep.
• Follow safety instructions, maintenance SOPs, and company guidelines.
• Assist in stock tracking of maintenance materials and basic tools.
• Support timely closure of center-level maintenance concerns.
• Maintain polite communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure clean, safe, and functional diagnostic center facilities.
