Responsibilities

1. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections across all clinic and office facilities, covering:
   1. Electrical systems
   2. Plumbing infrastructure
   3. Carpentry elements
   4. Civil and structural components
2. Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance complaints, equipment breakdowns, and urgent repair needs at all clinic and office locations.
3. Execute hands‑on troubleshooting and minor repairs in the following areas:
   1. Electrical: wiring, fixtures, lighting systems, UPS units, and power backup solutions.
   2. Plumbing: water supply lines, drainage systems, overhead/underground tanks, and sanitary fittings.
   3. Carpentry: door locks, storage units, shelving, partitions, and furniture repairs.
   4. Civil works: wall patching, tile replacement, minor masonry, and paint touch‑ups.
4. Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, including:
   1. Service schedules and maintenance logs.
   2. Inventory usage and spare parts tracking.
   3. AMC/CAMC records for air conditioning systems, fire safety installations, and water purifiers.
5. Supervise the installation, relocation, or commissioning of equipment, furniture, or infrastructure items as required.
6. Provide support to internal departments for any custom maintenance needs or space modifications, including layout changes or fit‑outs.
7. Assist in regular facility audits and ensure all premises are audit‑compliant and maintenance‑ready.
8. Prepare and submit periodic reports on maintenance performance, operational costs, and improvement recommendations to management.
9. Manage maintenance and repairs for all rental flats allocated to doctors, including:
   1. Addressing repair and upkeep requirements.
   2. Coordinating with landlords and vendors.
   3. Identifying and finalizing new rental flats in consultation with HR and Legal departments.
10. Travel to various clinic/office locations as required to carry out maintenance tasks or supervise contractors.
