B. Braun Medical (India) Pvt. Ltd. in Tamil Nadu invites a Senior Executive - Maintenance to join our onsite manufacturing team. You will lead maintenance of production machines, PLC systems, printers, and robotics, focusing on reducing downtime and improving reliability.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to drive efficiency and equipment performance at our Chennai-area facility.

• 8+ years of experience in production machine maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with safety standards and ISO requirements in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong focus on preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of production machines, PLC systems, printers, and robotics to minimize downtime.
• Perform machine setup and optimization to achieve target production output and efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, spare parts inventory, and performance reports for effective machine management.
• Drive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements across production areas.
