Job summary

Godrej Industries Group is seeking a seasoned civil engineer for leadership in structural and finishing works on high-rise residential projects in Bengaluru. The role demands hands-on expertise with Mivan formwork, strict adherence to drawings, and a quality-driven approach to ensure timely completion and handover.

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, read construction drawings confidently, and demonstrate strong coordination and team management.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural and finishing works for high-rise projects.
• Candidates with end-to-end project experience from excavation to handover preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute structural works including RCC, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and Mivan formwork.
• Manage finishing activities such as block work, plastering, waterproofing, painting, gypsum, false ceiling, tiling, marble, cladding, screed, and landscaping.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Conduct snagging, rectification, and handover of completed units.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely execution.
• Monitor material quality and adherence to construction standards.
