Job summary
Godrej Industries Group in Bengaluru seeks a senior Construction Planning professional to guide regional project teams from inception to handover. You will raise delays and advise mitigation strategies, ensuring timely delivery across high-rise construction projects.
Qualifications include a Civil engineering degree or Masters in Advanced Construction Management with 8–10 years of similar experience; proficiency in MSP and Primavera; and strong coordination with stakeholders and MIS reporting.

- B.E./B.E.Civil or Master in Advanced Construction Management with 6–8 years of similar experience.
- Proficient in construction sequencing, planning, and MIS reporting.
- Experience with MSP and Primavera scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of materials and manpower planning with coefficients.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and conducting weekly meetings.

The incumbent is responsible to assist all the project teams of region in construction planning from project inception to hand over. Raise the alarm in delay in project due to labour, material etc., Advice the Project team alternative ways and means to mitigate the issue.
Ensure all necessary tasks associated are completed
Ensure accurate control of documentation
Necessary Knowledge & Skills
B.E.Civil / Masters in Advanced Construction Management with atleast 6 to 8 Years of similar experience.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing and planning
- Exposure to MSP and Primavera
- Knowledge on Materials and Man Power planning with coefficients
- Over all Construction planning experience with all types of contractors, high raised buildings
- Project scheduling, tracking, monitoring, reporting in MIS
- Delay analysis, risk management, catch up plan, recovery plan, cash flows
- Co-ordination with all stakeholders
- Conducting weekly meetings.
