Job summary

Godrej Industries Group is expanding its builder ecosystem in the Affordable and near-prime segment. This role focuses on developing sales and distribution strategies to scale the developer channel for AHL and near-prime segments, while tracking key business metrics in AHL and conducting market research and benchmarking studies.

The position also involves developing SOPs and policy notes to streamline operations, with 4–6 years of relevant experience and opportunities for flexible work

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or affordable housing markets.
• Strong analytical abilities for market benchmarking.
• Proven track record in sales/distribution strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
