We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Intern to support and drive captain acquisition efforts. This role involves extensive fieldwork, on-ground execution, and coordination to help scale our captain network efficiently. Support execution of captain acquisition drives in targeted areas. Identify high-potential zones for acquisition and collaborate with local partners, vendors, and agencies. Conduct field visits, distribute flyers, and engage directly with potential captains. Assist in organizing onboarding drives, registration camps, and events. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation. Gather on-ground insights and feedback to improve acquisition strategies.

Requirements
