  • Prepare and analyse MIS, financial reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis to provide clear visibility into business performance.
  • Own and review balance sheet reconciliations, identify open items and ensure timely resolution.

  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
  • Strengthen financial controls and processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and reliability of financial reporting.
  • Support internal, statutory and external audits, including preparation of schedules, documentation and resolution of audit queries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation across controllership activities.
  • Work closely with finance leadership to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic finance projects as required.
What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of accounting, controllership and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with month-end closure, reconciliations, provisions, accruals and financial controls.
  • Good understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company, e-commerce, D2C, consumer internet or technology environment will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; experience with ERP/accounting systems or BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, ambiguous and evolving environment.

  • Be part of one of India’s fastest-growing mobility and technology companies.
  • Work across a diverse and rapidly evolving business with multiple revenue streams and business models.
  • Get exposure to controllership, business finance, financial planning and strategic decision-making.
