Job summary

Zepto is hiring a seasoned Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across Rider Hiring, Rider Supply, and Last Mile performance in Bengaluru. You will partner with Rider Sourcing, Operations, Product, Finance, Growth, and other teams to identify opportunities and deliver end‑to‑end improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Program Management, Business Ops, Strategy, or related fields.
• Strong data skills to solve complex business problems and monitor KPIs.
• Experience in Quick Commerce, E‑commerce, Logistics, or Last Mile niches preferred.
• Understanding of Rider Supply, Hiring, Workforce Planning, and marketplace dynamics.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets with Pivot Tables, Lookups, and reporting.
• Experience building dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

• Drive high-impact programs and strategic initiatives to improve Rider Hiring, Rider Supply, Rider Reliability, and overall Last Mile performance.
• Work closely with Rider Sourcing, Operations, Supply, Product, Finance, Growth, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive end-to-end execution.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, trackers, and KPI scorecards to monitor Rider Supply, Hiring Funnel, Rider Reliability, Productivity, Cost, and operational performance.
• Analyze rider supply and demand trends to identify gaps and develop actionable plans to ensure optimal rider availability across markets.
• Track and analyze key cost metrics and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and operational productivity.
• Conduct deep dives into operational issues and use data to identify root causes, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive structured problem-solving initiatives and implement scalable solutions to improve Last Mile performance.
• Design and drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve execution efficiency.
• Partner with relevant teams to develop, evaluate, and optimize rider incentive programs and interventions based on business requirements and performance data.
• Monitor the effectiveness of key initiatives and continuously track business impact against defined KPIs.
• Lead pilots and new initiatives, evaluate results, and scale successful solutions across cities and markets.
• Create strong review and governance mechanisms to track program progress, key risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Present structured, data-backed insights and recommendations to senior leadership and drive alignment on key business decisions.
• Develop scalable SOPs, frameworks, and playbooks to ensure consistent implementation across the Last Mile network.

Are you who we are searching for?

• 5–8 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Operations Excellence, Supply Management, Last Mile Operations, or Consulting.
• Strong experience in working with data to solve complex business and operational problems.
• Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, Mobility, Marketplace, Food Delivery, or Last Mile businesses is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Rider Supply, Rider Hiring, Workforce Planning, Last Mile Operations, or Marketplace Dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including data analysis, Pivot Tables, Lookups, and reporting.
• Experience in building and maintaining dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business performance trackers.
• Strong understanding of operational and business metrics related to Rider Supply, Reliability, Productivity, Utilization, and Cost Efficiency.
• Ability to conduct deep dives, identify root causes, and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in SQL and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker will be a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across Product, Finance, Growth, Supply, and Operations teams.
• Experience in driving process improvement, automation, or incentive-related programs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
