A Senior Executive - Billing is responsible for managing and reviewing billing activities to ensure accurate, timely, and complete billing for hospital services. The includes supervising billing processes, verifying charges, coordinating with clinical and finance teams, resolving billing issues, and supporting revenue accuracy.

• Manage and monitor daily OPD, IPD, diagnostic, and procedure billing activities.
• Review patient bills for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify appropriate capture of hospital service charges.
• Coordinate with clinical departments for charge verification.
• Review billing documents, packages, discounts, and approved adjustments.
• Coordinate with insurance and TPA teams where applicable.
• Monitor pending, disputed, and unbilled accounts.
• Support final billing and discharge settlement processes.
• Handle billing-related queries from patients, attendants, and departments.
• Monitor payment collection, receipts, refunds, and adjustments as assigned.
• Coordinate with finance and recovery teams regarding outstanding accounts.
