Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants in Mumbai is seeking an experienced BI/ MIS professional to maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and coordinate with external consultants for day-to-day issues. You will work closely with the Finance & Accounts team to prepare MIS and management dashboards, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and data integrity.

Role involves ensuring data accuracy, translating business needs into meaningful reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and driving process improvements

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Power BI dashboards and coordinate with external consultants/vendors for day-to-day issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the Finance & Accounts team to prepare MIS reports, analytical reports, and management dashboards.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of periodic management reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports.
• Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of related data and reports.
• Maintain consistency and reliability of data used across MIS reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Independently manage regular reporting activities and support management with ad-hoc analysis whenever required.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to continuously improve reporting processes and reduce manual reporting efforts.

• Required Skills & Experience
• 810 years of overall experience, with relevant exposure to MIS, Business Intelligence, financial reporting, or management reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboards, data models, reports, and visualisations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Good understanding of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and MIS concepts.
• Ability to independently manage recurring MIS and reporting activities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting timelines.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
