SASMOS HET Technologies Ltd. in Bengaluru invites a Production Planning and Control professional to translate demand into daily, weekly and monthly production schedules that align with customer forecasts and confirmed orders.

You will coordinate with Purchase to secure materials, drive Kanban in the warehouse, and maintain 100% on-time delivery while supporting ECN/ECO processes and line efficiency improvements.

Competenze

• Diploma or BE (ECE/EEE) in Engineering.
• 3–9 years of production planning experience in electronic product assembly with lean manufacturing knowledge.

Mansioni

• Production planning based on forecast and confirmed orders.
• Run shortage reports and plan material ordering.
• Coordinate with Purchase to ensure parts availability for production.
• Convert orders into daily/weekly/monthly production schedules with supervisor.
• Implement Kanban in warehouse to meet customer demand.

• Acknowledge orders and feedback delivery dates; monitor push/pull with China team.
• Ensure timely ECN/ECO implementation.

Job Purpose:

Production Planning and Control.

Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Production Planning Based On Customer Forecast and confirmed orders.
• Running shortage reports based on the confirmed order and subsequently planning for material ordering.
• Coordinate with Purchase team to ensure availability of parts for production on time.
• Converting customer orders into daily, weekly and monthly production schedule with production supervisor.
• Responsible for implementing Kanban system inside the warehouse to meet customer demand.
• Responsible to maintain customer OTD (On time Delivery)100%.
• Acknowledging customer orders and provide necessary feedback on Delivery date and monitoring push and pull of customer orders (Interaction with China Team).
• Responsible for timely implementation of Engineering Change Note (ECN) and Engineering Change Order (ECO).
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisor to monitor the line efficiency.

Competencies:

• Should possess strong working knowledge in Microsoft office especially, excel and power point.
• Strong knowledge on ERP systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Knowledge on ISO 9001 documentation and procedure.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering from ECE / EEE Domain.
• Experience of 3 to 9 years in production planning role in an electronic product assembly environment with knowledge on lean manufacturing and its associated production processes.
