Job summary

EPACK Durable in India is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Production Coordinator to oversee daily quality objectives, allocate manpower, and coordinate in morning meetings with Team Leaders and HOD. You will maintain the Daily Defect Master Sheet and verify processes across all production lines to ensure quality compliance, while preparing and sharing daily reports with customers.

• 1. Conduct morning meetings with Engineers and Inspectors to align on daily quality objectives.
• 2. Efficiently manage manpower allocation to support production needs.
• 3. Collaborate in morning meetings with Team Leaders and HOD for departmental coordination.
• 4. Maintain Daily Defect Master Sheet in Google Mastersheet for accurate defect records.
• 5. Verify product processes on all production lines to ensure quality compliance.
• 6. Review and send daily reports to concerned customers for transparency.
• 7. Lead daily Quality review meetings with HOD and VP (Corporate Quality) for quality enhancement.
• 8. Verify and communicate route cards to the concerned customer for accurate documentation.
• 9. Verify OS&D and part rejection data, taking action for continuous improvement.
• 10. Participate in meetings with QA Head and Process Engineers for alignment.
• 11. UCT documentation.
