Livasa Hospitals is seeking an IT Operations professional to monitor data center activities, manage Windows Server environments, and coordinate incident response. The role requires familiarity with ITSM/ITAM tools and security monitoring systems, plus hands-on support for IP-PBX and firewall/mail systems.

The candidate will assist in preventive hardware maintenance, oversee IT Help Desk tasks, and collaborate with the reporting manager to define application/data access performance needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in data center monitoring and Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITAM and security monitoring tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly.

• Data Centre Monitoring & trouble shooting with Windows Server 2022/2025.
• Sound knowledge of tools like ITSM, ITAM, NMS, APM, SIEM, IAM, PAM.
• Monitoring & Maintenance of the IP-PBX.
• Provides support and deployment on firewall, email system administration, mail gateway.
• Assists in preventive maintenance of hardware.
• Monitoring IT Help Desk, EUC troubleshooting & Escalated Complaints.
• Works closely with reporting manager to estimate user performance requirements for applications / Data access.
• Performs root cause analysis of the complaints received to identify potential causes.
• Monitors services levels between different functions of the organization in terms of the turnaround time required to resolve problems.
• Ensure deployment of IT solutions/services at Units.
• Routes complaints to appropriate people for resolution
• Communicates solution to the user on resolution of the problem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Data Centre Monitoring & trouble shooting with windows server 2022/2025 (like Antivirus server, patch management, AD & Exchange 2019/O365).
• Sound knowledge of the various tools like ITSM, ITAM, NMS, APM, SIEM, IAM, PAM.
• Monitoring & Maintenance of the IP-PBX.
• Provides support and deployment on firewall, email system administration, mail gateway.
• Assists in preventive maintenance of hardware.
• Monitoring IT Help Desk, EUC troubleshooting & Escalated Complaints.
• Works closely with the reporting manager to Estimate user performance requirements for applications / Data access.
