Job summary

Creamy Foods seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the company's IT landscape across locations in Uttar Pradesh. You will manage Windows Server environments, ERP support, Google Workspace, firewall and security, and MPLS connectivity while coordinating with vendors to ensure uptime and security.

The role requires proactive maintenance, data backups, and ongoing technology improvements aligned with business goals to support operations and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Administer Windows Server environments and ERP-related apps.
• Manage Google Workspace, email, hosting, antivirus and security.
• Implement and monitor firewall policies and VPN access.
• Provide ERP support, troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Renew and manage software licenses, AMCs, domains, etc.
• Manage MPLS/leased line/internet connectivity with telecom providers.
• M2M SIM lifecycle management including activation and billing.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors and service providers to resolve IT issues.
• Ensure uptime, preventive maintenance and backups across systems.
• Monitor performance, data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Recommend technology improvements aligned with business needs.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, computer systems, user accounts, access controls, and security policies.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments, including ERP, App Anywhere, and other business-critical applications.
• Manage Google Workspace (G-Suite), email services, web hosting, antivirus solutions, and network security systems.
• Implement and monitor firewall policies, VPN access, and cybersecurity measures using Seqrite UTM Firewall and related technologies.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and coordination for ERP-related issues, enhancements, and new developments.
• Ensure timely renewal and management of software licenses, antivirus subscriptions, domains, webmail services, Bulk SMS APIs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Manage MPLS, leased line, internet connectivity, and network services from telecom providers such as Airtel and Jio.
• Handle M2M SIM lifecycle management, including activation, deactivation, billing, and technical support.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure prompt resolution of IT-related issues.
• Ensure smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and uptime of IT systems across all business locations.
• Monitor system performance, data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Recommend and implement technology improvements aligned with business needs and organizational objectives.
