The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of data analytics experience, hands-on SQL, Python/R, and experience with Alteryx, ACL/Idea, and Tableau/Power BI. Collaboration with auditors and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of data analytics experience, preferably in audit analytics.
• Experience in internal audit departments or CA/consultancy focused on data analytics.
• Strong SQL proficiency and database knowledge.
• Experience with ETL processes and audit analytics tools (Alteryx, ACL/Idea).
• Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI for data visualization.
• Programming in Python or R; ability to write SQL and SOQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics to enhance audit processes and provide insights.
• Develop dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to present findings.
• Handle ETL processes using Alteryx and manage data extraction via ODBC.
• Collaborate with auditors and analytics team to define scope.

About the role:

We are seeking a Audit Analytics Executive to join our team. The incumbent will play a crucial role in utilizing data analytics to elevate audit processes and drive insightful outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in database management, along wi th proficiency in various audit analytics tools and methodologies. Effective communication and collaboration with auditors to understand requirements and scope respective analytics are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize data analytics techniques to enhance audit processes and provide valuable insights.
• Demonstrate expertise in database management, including understanding of database schema, tables, and relationships.
• Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, specifically using Alteryx, and familiarity with audit analytics tools such as ACL/Idea and SQL stored procedures.
• Utilizing data extraction methodologies including Smart Exporter and ODBC connections (Hana, SQL, Postgres ODBC) to access necessary data.
• Develop and enhance dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI to present analytical findings effectively.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of frontend and table structure for ERP/Applications such as SAP(Mandatory), Optional - MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and Bizom.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/R, SQL, and SOQL to perform data analysis and manipulation tasks.
• Collaborate closely with auditors and internal analytics team members to comprehend requirements and define the scope of analytics projects.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of key business processes including purchase to payment, order to cash, finance, and inventory management.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor's in Engineering + certified in data analytics

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years in data analytics (preference will be given to candidate who have worked on audit analytics)
• Should have worked in Internal audit department of companies or in CA / Consultancy firm which specialize in data analytics
• Strong proficiency in database management and SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and audit analytics tools such as Alteryx, ACL/Idea.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Programming skills in Python/R and the ability to write SQL and SOQL queries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
