The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, IND AS accounting, consolidation across project sites, internal controls, audits, and robust MIS reporting to drive accurate financial decision making.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 2–3 years of experience in accounts and finance.
• Solid knowledge of IND AS, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare variance analysis.
• Perform trial balance and ledger scrutiny; close/adjust entries.
• Monitor accounting reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare Financial Statements under IND-AS/I-GAAP and note to accounts.
• Ensure ICFOR compliance and related party transaction reporting.
• Assist annual report preparation and MCA returns.
• Ensure compliance with listing agreements, SEBI LODR, Companies Act.
• Interact with internal and external auditors.
• Support system/process implementation and consolidation across sites.

Job Title: Assistant Manger- Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Specialist to oversee and manage the financial activities of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare variance analysis
• To perform Trial Balance and Ledger scrutiny and pass various closing /adjustment accounting entries.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Financial Statement (IND-AS / I-GAAP) along with accounting policies and note to accounts
• Ensure Internal Control on Financial Reporting (ICFOR) requirements
• Approval and reporting of related party transaction
• Annual report preparation and filing of annual returns with MCA
• Ensure compliance with respect to listing agreement and SEBI LODR, MCA, Companies Act etc.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Assist in developing the accounting procedures, systems and norms at the project sites and to ensure consolidation of accounts from sites
• Support the implementation of common accounting systems in line with the IND AS and Companies Act across the locations of the Organization including detailed documentation and adherence to Policy Standards.

2) MIS

• Consolidate project level accounts/MIS to generate Consolidated MIS statements.
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Monthly analysis of MIS project level

3) Compliance Monitoring

• Review, validate, and ensure timely compliance of MSME returns; coordinate with regional teams and maintain the MSME master database.
• Manage end-to-end Related Party Transaction (RPT) compliance, including ACM reporting, statutory disclosures, and return filings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, including regulatory filings, statutory reporting, and maintenance of compliance records.

4) System & Processes:

• Handle system closure activities, maintain standard chart of account
• Assist in various system and process implementation and automation
• Coordinate with IT, region and other functions for automation
• Ensure robust audit and financial closure process.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Qualified CA

Experience: 2-3 years’ experience of handling the Accounts and Finance function

Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP, advance excel
• Understanding of IND AS, Accounting Standard, Companies Act
• Awareness of latest regulations pertaining to accounting treatment and compliance etc
