Job summary

Jain International Trade Organisation - India is seeking an Associate Sales Officer / Sales Executive to drive online sales by acquiring new customers for Demat and Trading Accounts. You will handle inbound and outbound leads, explain financial products, and convert prospects into active clients to meet monthly targets.

The role involves explaining brokerage plans, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining CRM records while ensuring SEBI and exchange compliance. Onsite work expected in India.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital leads.
• Convert qualified leads into Demat & Trading Account openings.
• Achieve monthly account opening, activation, and revenue targets.
• Explain company products, brokerage plans, and investment services to customers.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients until conversion.
• Assist customers with online account opening and KYC documentation.
• Ensure timely activation of newly opened Demat & Trading Accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM daily.
• Cross-sell company products and value-added services.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Meet daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and company guidelines.
• Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.
